Your brand in the digital world: Web, Social Media and something else

A brand presence in digital media goes beyond being on social media and having an active website. Let’s review this topic together, because your company could miss out on excellent connections and opportunities by not having additional channels, such as email and the different advertising options that the virtual market already offers today.

First things first, and that means having an active website or at least a landing page where you can expand information on your products, services, and brand experiences. Once you have a landing page ready for all your stakeholders, we can enter spaces where people are interacting, meaning social media.

The most basic thing you can do is create a profile on Facebook and Instagram. They are the most popular networks, and they allow you to create ads that will greatly increase your brand’s notoriety in the digital world.

But are Facebook and Instagram the only social media platforms I should be on? The idea is to find out which other social corners can be beneficial for your company, for example, being on LinkedIn for professional contacts, on Twitter for the development of services, or a business WhatsApp for sending detailed information.

This way, we already have the data on our brand’s digital radar: the website, social networks and the option of digital guidelines for those priority publications that will help you meet the business objectives. What else do we need? Something key: Email or Mail marketing as it is often called in the marketing, communication, and advertising worlds.

Do not waste that database that you put together when you attended the event of the year or that data that you obtained in that fair in which your brand participated… Email is still the medium that we visit almost every day, because that is where we get the information we really want to receive.

Are there more digital options for your brand to utilize? Of course, yes, and at Balbin Group we know them all. Although, we always pick the appropriate digital media to the brand’s needs and the business objectives.
